Take the next step in your pro bono commitment by joining other CAMBA attorneys at the District of Columbia Bar Pro Bono Program’s Advice and Referral Clinic. Volunteer CAMBA attorneys will provide clients with legal advice and brief services in a variety of civil matters. This program is a great opportunity for CAMBA attorneys to use their legal skills to provide legal services to D.C. residents who may not otherwise have access to legal help. Volunteering at the clinic is more important than ever. The clinic serves nearly 2,000 clients, which is the most clients served in history by the clinic.

No experience is necessary to participate in the clinic. Pro Bono Program staff and expert mentors are available on-site to help assist volunteer attorneys. 

Volunteer attorneys must be barred in D.C. or have a D.C. bar application pending to participate in the clinic. Federal government attorneys or in-house counsel may be barred in any U.S. jurisdiction to participate. 

Please register by Sunday, July 7, 2019 to confirm your attendance. Please note that the clinic and attendees are severely inconvenienced by last-minute cancellations. Before signing up, please be completely certain that you will be able to attend on July 13th.  All registered participants must attend.
